Customer Service: We at Midwest Design Imports pride ourselves on outstanding customer service. You will not get an automated phone service when you call. We believe it is important to talk to a live person when you take the time to call us. We regret that we can't be available 24 hours a day; but between the hours of 8-5, Monday through Friday, we will be there for you. You can also shop on-line 24/7. We have web specials that change quarterly that are only available by ordering on-line. We have a quick turn around time for processing orders. Most orders ship between 24-48 hours. Planograms (POGs): We have a variety of POGs to fit your everyday needs or special occasions. We can also tailor or customize a POG to fit your space requirements or product assortment needs. Our POG room includes both 2 ½ ft. and 4 ft. Lozier racking. Our POGs can accommodate up to a 16 ft. section. Our showroom is always open so make an appointment to stop by and see us. Custom Orders: We can customize any of our current products to fit specifications. Do you need a different color, size, or price point? Ask us. Our design team will work with you to develop a product to fit your needs. We can also do private labeling to include your images or our design department can help you with the artwork. Custom orders require 90-120 days lead time and 50% down when the order is placed. Minimum order quantities may also apply. We would be happy to help with any of your custom importing needs.
